Nomat was engaged to align internal stakeholders around a clear value proposition and translate this into a more effective website experience.

The challenge

Nimo had a strong product, but its story was not landing as clearly as it could. Different parts of the business described Nimo in different ways, and the website reflected this inconsistency. For prospective clients, it was not always immediately clear where Nimo fit, what problems it solved, or what made it distinct. This created a broader challenge around clarity and confidence, both internally and externally, at a time when the business was continuing to grow and evolve.
