What will I learn?

This practical one-day training course covers:

  • What is HCD and how it benefits organisations

  • HCD process

  • Understanding users and their needs

  • Ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration

  • Setting up HCD for success within your organisation

The day is filled with hands-on activities that allow you to learn by doing, as well as practical advice and tips drawn from our work with a diverse range of clients. We seek to align our training to your learning needs, and with a maximum of 10 attendees, there is ample opportunity for you to ask questions specific to your work context.

Who should do this training?

This one-day course is for people who are new to human-centred design and are keen to learn about its’ value to organisations. You could be in a management role responsible for effective digital products, in an adjacent role (e.g. BA, product manager, front-end developer etc.), or simply keen to learn about HCD.
