What we did…
On a quarterly basis Nomat provides conversion metrics along with feedback and recommendations to improve conversion. Web analytics forms the backbone of this program. In addition, activities such as true intent surveys, usability testing with BIG4 customers and expert reviews provide qualitative insights to inform the design. Design recommendations are delivered to developers as either annotated wireframes or visual designs.
As a result of the optimisation BIG4 have gained significant value from enhancing their customer experience and conversion rate which include a 12% improvement in mobile bookings. Furthermore, much of the value obtained from this engagement is feedback that is independent of their digital and development agency.
