Big4 have gained significant value from enhancing their customer experience and conversion rate which include a 12% improvement in mobile bookings. Much of the value obtained from this engagement is feedback that is independent of their digital and development agency.
On a monthly basis Nomat provides conversion metrics along with feedback and recommendations to improve conversion. While web analytics form the backbone of this program, other information has been collected to inform design such as surveys, usability testing and expert review. Recommendations are delivered to developers as either annotated wireframes or visual designs.
